Road work was going on, and stirring up dust, between 2 AM and 5 AM; Holland slipped under the bed coverings sometime around 3 AM … and I was up somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 AM, because I was choking on the dust creeping into Independence (the road work was mere feet from entrance into The Pit Stop, and the seepage was so strong, I could literally taste the dust). RV's, even one as nice as ours, are not air-tight: there are opportunities (like around the slide outs, even though they have a protective gap covering), that allow unwanted exterior dusts and pollens into the interior.
I drank a mug of coffee, munched on a few pieces of fried bacon (precooked, frozen, and reheated in the microwave), flicked the fireplace on (45-degrees this morning 😑), surfed the internet, enjoyed a lovely sunrise 😊 … and finished up another original kitchen towel set design, before my husband roused himself to show his handsome face 😉
I like to be surrounded by bright colors - the sunrise was very colorful; the pictures really do not do justice to the unfolding beauty.
I like to dress colorfully.
I think, dream, and design my original works, in color.
Life is wonderful when color is part of it 👍
Holland cooked Supper, tonight - I like his layered, steamed, tasty concoctions 😊
After supper, Holland tinkered around with a little drone … and I fiddled with my new camera, familiarizing myself with more of the features.
We're going to have fun with both of our informative toys, tomorrow, in the open desert where the drone will have lots of wide-open spaces to spread it's wings and fly; and I can mess around with the zooming and recording features of my camera 👌
Tonight's sunset was a pretty tangerine orange.
AZ sunrises and sunsets are very colorful - I like that.
Life is wonderful when color is part of it 😁
