At such a monumental time in history, why are so many of our churches silent on the Mideast conflict which is setting the stage for the prophesied Peace Treaty in Israel, found in Daniel 9?

This is a timely message … I've been saying this for DECADES.
I was saved during a time when SCRIPTURE WAS ACTUALLY TAUGHT from the pulpit, Sunday School classes, weekly Bible Studies, and Wednesday Evenings.
"Feeling good" is NOT why Christians gather together: Acknowledging Almighty God & worshipping Him in our midst, Biblical knowledge (some good, some concerning - ALL IMPORTANT), education of scriptural phrases, encouragement (prayer support, inspired word of knowledge, Berean study (close inspection of what's being put forth)): THIS is WHY Christians gather together. Adoration of 'The Board', coffee hours, potlucks, cute holiday story scripts, and general wasting of time together has become the main focus of dead churches today; the only time Jesus is even mentioned anymore, is in passing - and then, only to excuse some lame activity that has replaced actual fellowship purpose.
We are at a point in time where Biblical Knowledge is crucial; and people involved with dead churches are happily having their ears tickled while rebelliously skipping down the highway to Hell.
