I tuned into a couple subscription sites ๐ป๐งthis morning while drinking my coffee ☕️ ... and the topic is the same on every single podcast: you would get the feeling that turkarlson is the only topic worth talking about ๐
And of course, hearing the panic & doomsday quiver in everyone's voice, I had to add my 2 cents ๐
{{I watched the carlson-Huckabee interview yesterday, and MPO is that Huckabee handled carlson's barbs very well - it was carlson that ended up frustrated, angry, and off balance. I think Huckabee was smart in keeping the politics low-key; in being the adult in the room, Huckabee was able to keep his responses on topic, and brat carlson couldn't rattle him. Huckabee clearly won whatever battle carlson thought to wage - he didn't chase after carlson to justify any accusation hurled at him. Huckabee rerouted the topic back ON topic, and took control of the way his replies were given. I, personally, believe carlson has had a break with reality … either that, or he is totally demon possessed; whatever the case, it is clear he is soul dead, a narcissistic whiner, and a snarky combater without understanding the ins and outs of the political warfare, or the narrative word games he foolishly engages in. Gossip is not "facts" - and carlson is fueled by gossip. There is no credibility with carlson. I also think this carlson derangement syndrome is not beneficial: Christians should not go down the same rabbit hole the obamanites have fallen into with their trump derangement syndrome. In giving carlson so much attention - especially in trying to figure his twisted mind out, you are playing into his hands: it gives him another complaint to whine about: which keeps attention on him. SMOTHER that attention by NOT focusing on his snarkiness. Better yet, make him irrelevant by totally ignoring him. Yes, Olivier, I agree that the muslim influx into Texas is a very calculated move in their plan to infiltrate and overtake America. Texas is the lone ranger State that in today's America KEEPS American values alive and on target. The muslims that have flooded America are setting up strategic strongholds from coast to coast: hopefully Trump can reign them in - but with paula white having his ear, I'm not convinced; paula white is a charlatan & that Office of Ministry in the White House could very well lead to disastrous fallout if democrats gain another White House seating of another Manchurian candidate lemming. barak hussain obama is the democrat puppet master & he has shown himself to be a rabid muslim devotee, despite being a homosexual. America is in a very bad place right now. Our only hope is a winged prayer, Elohim's Hand of protection, and Yeshua's gracious salvation. To look to man, ANY man, is futile.}}
Then, I switched to Dave Rubin's, "The Rubin Report" - and calmly worked through my WIP sts, while shaking my head ๐คจ at the continual demonrat dribble ๐๐คฌ that never seems to end in DC ๐คฆ๐ป♀️
Holland patiently waited my back and forth, 2-row black stripe, out … then said, "Let's go for a drive." YES, PLEASE - a calming, balancing drive, is just the ticket.
There as no destination in mind, just a sunny day outing ๐ฉ❤️๐๐จ
While Holland nipped into the Minit Mart to grab a Red Bull, I watched Shania - the poor little thing has never once been walked around the Park parameter; she's been behind that fenced enclosure the whole time we've been here, and longer than that:
We ended up crossing the freeway and driving a frontage backroad looking for an overpass we have been wondering about & saying "we should check that out and see where it goes" ever since we got here the end of August 2025.
Today we decided to scratch that itch ๐ - looping back to Independence: we never did find a way over the overpass we could clearly see. We came to a road that looked to be in the general vicinity … but access was denied because the area was private property. I know that doesn't make sense, but that's the way it is. Holland thinks that the purpose for the overpass ended, the land was sold & turned onto a orchard; and it's now another one of calimexarabia's access to nowhere.
But, it was a fun drive anyway ๐: and we drove roads we've not been on before today, and saw scenery we hadn't seen before today:
Back on home turf, we stopped at the chuck wagon parked in the Minit Mart's parking lot, and bought Supper ๐ฎ - this is something else we had been curious about.
We also had a package waiting for us at the Office; so, I walked over to retrieve it ๐ฃ๐️
Tomorrow will be our last full Day here. We're pulling out Saturday afternoon:
The Park has filled up since Monday - and our space won't be vacant long, after we're on the freeway:
I'm not excited to be heading northward ๐ … but, my road gypsy spirit is excited to be on the move, again, for a calming balance ๐
