I woke up to a very windy morning; Independence was being hit solidly by strong gusts of wind - and the metal structure shielding us was sounding like rusted hinges that needed oiled:

Despite the manic, dusty, wakeup's … I'm gonna miss AZ.
AZ really is beautiful when the dust settles; but beauty is not worth dying for - as the mucky-mucks in CA are finding out: maybe this horrific happenstance will wake the {woke} up & reality will slap them in the face hard enough for changes to be made.
Statewide.
This wildfires out of control did not have to happen.
