EXERCISE IS MY DISCIPLINE

Bodyweight Standing Abdominal Vacuum; 3 sets of 5-10 reps and hold each contraction for 15-20 seconds.
5-lb weight Dumbbells; taking things easy until I regain the strength my recent asthma snafu drained.

  1. Good for you! Keep up that motivation! I need to get started on a simple workout too, I think that starting slow and working your way up is the most sustainable! Good luck!
