November 2nd: For the next 9 months, all I personally am going to be doing is focusing on self-care measures - and whatever benefits this marriage: everything & everyone else is just going to have to be put on the back burner and left to simmer until I get around to it.
There has been a lot of damage done to this relationship due to the trauma baggage's we each brought into the mix. We both need healing. We are both independently working towards that goal.
We don't know from day-to-day how Life in this Redmill household will unfold … but we do know that it will not be how the other redmill households run: the curse will be broken with US. We don't have any children together; but we still have a Life to live & enjoy before it ends for either, or both, of us. We don't know where we will end up either, but Elohim knows where we park Independence in 2026, and we are both okay with that.
We went for a short loop drive this afternoon; and we got back home, I did some light exercise sets … and nearly finished the little sweaters before calling it a Day, and catching some Z's.
The Standing Extended Leg to Waist Toe Touch primarily works the hamstrings and core muscles, specifically the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis. It also stretches and engages the calves, lower back, and glutes.
Chest & triceps exercises strengthen the muscles underneath the breasts, which builds strength for daily activities like lifting and pushing.
Chest exercises strengthen the muscles under the breast tissue, not the breasts themselves; They cannot increase or reduce the size of breasts.
A Mini Stepper is an effective form of cardio that elevates your heart rate, improves cardiovascular health, and burns calories by working your heart, lungs, and major leg muscles. It provides a low-impact aerobic workout that strengthens your heart and lungs, & increases stamina, while it strengthens your heart and lungs, increases stamina.
With regular use, mini steppers can contribute to weight loss by burning calories efficiently.
I worked on my knitting WIP in-between exercise sets; they should both be completed tomorrow sometime.
