Pulling stakes here - tearing the house down now, and ready to lock the door/hook up, and pull out :-)

Not sure where we'll end up tonight … Texas was The Plan … BUT Mother Nature got a wild hair this year, and temperatures "down sunny South" are chiller than "up North" :-(

Tombstone-AZ: 37-degree morning & evening; mid-50's afternoon.

Tucson-AZ: 40-degree morning & evening; 60-degree afternoon.

Phoenix-AZ: mid-40's morning & evening; mid-60's afternoon.

Rachel-NV: 30-degree morning & 50-degree afternoon.

Mesquite-NV: mid-30's morning & mid-60's afternoon.

The morning chill is bitter COLD & the warmer afternoons still carry the chill factor; so, we sunseekers are going to be chasing the sun, hoping for some warmth to ease the bone ache of foolish youth escapades ;-)

We'll slowly be working our way northward, planning to be in WA near the end of February - first week of March at the latest. Holland has a standing medical appt. every 6 months.

All I know right now, is that we will be boondocking for a week or so … internet will be spotty, so I'll update everyone when I can. Love you all ~ hang loose and start your New Year off funtastically :-)

MY BIRTHDAY~67 Years; Yuma-AZ

December 29th: This morning dawned beautifully … and colorfully 😁

And when the cobwebs have been chased away by several cups of joy juice, we'll be getting Betsy & Independence ready for road travel on the 1st 👏

My two eldest granddaughter's texted me Birthday greetings and love, while I sipped my hot coffee 🥰

I love it when beautiful things happen, and life rolls smoothly👍😉

Today is my Birthday; I bought this flamingo crown m.o.n.t.h.s. ago to be worn today 😉

I glanced out the window - and saw Yeshua's BD Kiss to me; a beautiful colorful sunrise; Yuma~AZ

All my days are numbered by Elohim; He alone decides how long I'll walk this Earth … He apparently has graced me with another sunrise. I am greatly loved, highly favored: and eternally thankful :-)

My tribe is carefully chosen. My inner circle is very small. My 'peopling' time is short-lived; otherwise I am a very good person to know, outgoing, and friendly … toward people who behave in my space 😉

Today - LAST YEAR - love had snuck up on me, and caught me up in a whirlwind of epic proportions.

These 11 months of "wedded bliss" have been a wild bronc ride … but that's okay; I'm partial to cowboys 😍 and mustangs - and I'm a bit of a wild ride, myself 😉

My bull-headed Taurus; Highs or lows … and head butting's aside; this man 🥰 Elohim blessed me with is the best gift I have received this year. Things can only get better 🤞❤️ ;-)

In a few days we'll be celebrating our 1st Anniversary 🥰

We had to go into town this afternoon to Harbor Freight, to grab some things needed for our upcoming road trip; I stayed in the truck with Bleu. When Holland came back out to the truck, he handed me 2 bags, and said, "This one's for me - the other one is for you; I was thinking of you, too." 🥰

Inside my bag were several goodies that are PERFECT for this Road Gypsy 😁👏😘

I have plans for the back bunkroom that Holland is aware of: when we set up long enough again, that back part of our 5th Wheel Home will be revamped into my {Babe Room}, where I'll be doing my ✂️, 🏋️‍♀️,💻,📺,📀- and generally giving Holland breathing room for a few hours 😉

I bought an extra-long TV Tray, step exerciser, and a few adhesive LED lights: and a few "she cave thingees" the other day while in town - and yarn is being squirreled away for my creative designs; so the revamp is already taking place 🤔 But the flip-switch LED lights Holland gifted me with today are super-duper, and so much brighter than the smaller one's I got! Now, every time I am back there doing "my thing", I'll be surrounded by Holland's love light 🥰💝

And the spot light LED's are perfect for Bleu's early morning forays 👍

ATHLETIC OVERTURES

December 11th: Today was a day filled with activity :-)

I was up early with Bleu; and we strolled around our Resort space while Bleu did his thing ... and I took in the beautiful sunrise vibes:

Later in the afternoon, we drove across town to visit a mutual friend's lot - most of the snowbirds that migrate down here, live in older Parks; they either have been coming down here for decades and have an older home … or they have inherited the lot model from a family member: either way, most Parks here are filled with 1970's trailers (single-wide's, or RV's).

This particular Park had a very tight entrance, as well as a 1-lane roadway throughout; our 4x Beast barely squeezed through.

And space even bit for santa, too ;-)

When we left the Park, we took Bleu to a little County Park we caught a glimpse of, in passing earlier.

He's maturing, and filling out, but there's still a lot of puppy friskiness in him. Our handsome boy has a lot of energy to burn.

On our way home, we stopped at Wal*Mart to grab some things - and I burned at least a thousand calories as I did a quick sprint through the aisles; from one end of the store to the other tracking everything on the List, down.

My handsome fellas made friends in the parking lot.

At home again, Bleu and Holland napped for a bit … and I relaxed with a new knitting pattern while watching an online movie:

Totally tuckered out Bleu - he even put himself in his kennel, to be left alone.

I watched a vintage movie with plenty of athletic activities in the plot, & energetically started another Angel Baby Blanket.

Today was a pleasantly Good Day, with enjoyable athletic overtures :-)

DETERMINATION HUSTLE

I woke up this morning with a determination to get out and walk the Resort grounds.

I need to lose weight.

I need to tone up.

I need to get back to a healthy life mindset.

I wanted to be out walking before I got sidetracked and the walk didn't happen; so, I fed Bleu and hustled him out to walk with me … that only lasted 15 minutes, before he was back inside; and I finished the walkabout solo lobo. He's still an energetic, Curious-George puppy - and I  wanted to get my hustle on ;-)

The outside temperature was in the 70's, the sunrise was pretty; and I smiled every time the rooster (housed somewhere at the end of the street) cockadoodledooed.

The lots are beginning to fill up quickly, now.

I noticed that there are several RV's that are parked here long-term; porch add-ons/cactus gardens & flowering shrubs, lot decorations, ect.; some lots have small storage sheds on them, there are tiny home mobile homes going up on some lots. There are a lot of canadian license plates on parked vehicles, & canadian flags hoisted, all over the place.

I met a few couples, and enjoyed light and passing convo as I looped back to our parked 5th wheel.

When I got back home, I made myself a cup of coffee … and got busy on a christmas gift I hope to get mailed off around Thanksgiving time to ensure it reaches it's destination.

Today was a low-key day loaded with determination hustle ;-)
