A KISS ON THE FOREHEAD: Castle Rock-WA

It is said that a kiss on the forehead is the ultimate symbol of protection, tenderness, and affection. It is a gesture that represents a deep kind of love - one that goes beyond physical or erotic love expressed through a kiss on the lips.

But why?

When someone kisses you on the forehead, it is often said that they are kissing your soul. This idea, rooted in Cartesian philosophy, is based on the belief that just behind the forehead, in the center of the brain, lies a small gland called the pineal gland. It is believed to be the direct gateway to the soul of the person receiving the kiss.

QUICK WOODLAND DAYTRIP~Self-Care; Castle Rock-WA

Thanking Elohim for my ordinary Tuesday - and for the quiet blessings that often go unnoticed.

This afternoon, we drove to Woodland - to the Wal*Mart Superstore there, to see if we could find there what we can't find anywhere else: we had found it 2 years ago when up here, and it was really the last chance to find it again.

The trip to Woodland was uneventful on the freeway.

Wal*Mart Supercenter, #1486 Dike Access Rd, Woodland~WA from Toutle River RV Resort, #150 Happy Trails Rd, Castle Rock-WA; via I-5 S, 28 min (30.4 miles)

The item was nowhere in sight.

The item must have been discontinued … or there isn't enough interest in it, to stock it on the shelves; so, Holland is going to see if he can find an online supplier.

But, we didn't come back home empty-handed: except for that one thing, I was able to find everything else on the List and tuck it securely in Betsy's back seat area. Time spent in the store running items down, was quick; Holland opted to stay outside in Betsy, relaxing his knees from yesterday's shopping & listening to his big hair bands … I speed walked through the store - and again, a short workout was in play:

Bodyweight Glute Stepup~In-n-out of Betsy x4
Bodyweight Standing Abs Twist in aisles, collecting items = constant.
Bodyweight Overhead Triceps Extension; overhead reaches in aisles, collecting items = constant.
Bodyweight Floor Calf Raise; overhead reaches in aisles, collecting items = constant.
Hand & Finger Flex~Collecting & paying for items = constant.
Farmer's Walk carrying shopping bags to Betsy, & from Betsy to Independence.

Then, we drove under the overpass to DQ, for individual Blizzard's to enjoy under the shade of the familiar 100+ old Maple tree. We enjoyed the cool, refreshing Blizzards, with windows open and 80-degree warmth feeling good on our exposed skin (hands, arms, face).

Thanking the Ruach HaKo'desh for opening our eyes to the goodness our faithful Father threads through the little things … a warm cup of morning coffee, kind words spoken softly between us, the sunny beauty outside our windows, & the gift of another Day - to simply enjoy, together.

Tomorrow I'm planning a trail walk at Willow Grove & a Keenagers revisit. Thursday, I have a scheduled 2-hr. morning Dentist appointment. Friday, Holland has a 10 AM appointment in Centralia, for a knee injection we are both hoping will help relieve the pain. Neither of us expect perfect in our union … but a steady, gentle, companionship is most welcome.

Thanking Yeshua, as He comes alongside us; reminding us that we don't have to wait for big moments to experience blessed faithfulness - because the Holy Trinity is present in every ordinary moment of our Life.

Thankful that our hearts, in the moment, are filled with gratitude; our minds are at ease with peace, and our Day colored with pleasant & gentle joy.

Some of life’s sweetest blessings don’t come wrapped in extraordinary moments. They quietly show up in the ordinary rhythm of our days, reminding us that God’s goodness is woven into everyday life if we’ll simply slow down long enough to notice.

When we got back home - I put things away, Holland enjoyed a little siesta …

… & I stretched my lower back muscles to relieve an achy pinch:

Lower Back Pain~Do Sets as instructed, x2

Today has been a beautiful, peaceful Tuesday.

A WITNESSING THAT COMFORTS; Castle Rock-WA

The other day I was asked about remarriage.

The person asking had known me in my previous life with Bob - she is considering remarriage herself: she knows how much I loved Bob and how devastated I was when wife morphed into widow. She heard me say that I could never see myself with anyone but Bob - she was surprised when I did remarry … I was surprised at how easily remarriage transpired when it arrived on the scene of my new life's turning pages, unscripted & unexpected.

She is wondering how I compartmentalize that life with this present life.

Forgive the type-o's:

Looking at my life, I see blessing after blessing. MPO is that this life feels like answered prayers.

THE OLD SCRIPT IS BEING FLIPPED; Castle Rock-WA

Yesterday was my grandson, Azariah's, 12th birthday.

This is the 1st year … in 12 years … that I have not cried with the missingness.

I credit that blessing with the presence of Holland in my Life.

It is hard to continue to show up in a life that has been seriously altered: the scenario has drastically changed. The landscape is unfamiliar. Even happy memories carry a haunting heaviness. All the newness of a New Life can be exciting & rewarding … but, it can also be very disorienting & and a bit scary when stepping into a new script unfolding on shaky ground.

Pink Flyod 'Comfortably Numb' song:

Holland brings a freshness into my Life.

His ever vigilant protectiveness offers secure peacefulness.

He is buoyantly optimistic.

He is calmly encouraging.

His love is steady - even on black mood days.

I am no longer comfortably numb; with him all jets are firing - he introduced me to life, again. With my hand tucked into his, I feel a relaxation I can safely rest in. Year 4 is looking very good.

He is everything I need to stabilize, and balance, a life that went seriously sideways in the winter of 2018 - and was completely erased the July of 2020.

I kept (and keep) showing up.

He shows up.

The old script is being flipped 💝

Life, again, is very good 😘

SLO-MO SWEET; Castle Rock-WA

70-degrees by noon 🌞; it was a gorgeous Day.

My handsome husband gave me the princess treatment 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 by taking me for an ice cream in Kelso … completely by 🚘 backroads (crossing the freeway at Headquarters/Pleasant Hill Overpass & again, at Pleasant Hill/Ostrander overpass) until we reached Kelso = surprise #1

Windows open.

Instead of Metallica, Deep Purple tunes 🎶 bounced of the interior of Betsy's cab = surprise #2

We turned off N Pacific Hwy, onto Holcomb Loop Rd = surprise #3. I like this road & have driven it many times "just because". The road climbed up, up, up. Sun-warmed scented leaves 🌞🌳🍃 and pungent evergreen resin 🌲 filling the country air. A road that stretched on & on with spotty houses here and there. Yellow butterflies flitting everywhere 🦋 The atmosphere was definite slo-mo sweet.

It was wonderful!

I love scenic country, backroad drives 🚘😁👏

Kelso DQ by way of backroads: Old Pacific Hwy, Bond Rd., Pleasant Hill Rd., & the hill country of Holcomb Rd. that drops into N Kelso-WA by the Huntington Middle School.

MATURE BOND~National Marriage Week #6-2026~Self-Care; Coalinga-CA

National Marriage Week 2026 will be observed from February 7 to 14. The theme for this year is "Man and Woman He Created Them: Together With Purpose."

Mature Love Stage: In this stage of your evolving marriage, couples develop a deep, enduring love characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and companionship 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨  The relationship is marked by a strong emotional bond and a commitment to supporting each other through life's ups and downs.

So, what does a mature relationship look like? Well, maturity in relationship doesn’t probably have a set definition. “Mature" relationships are the ones where there is a sense of emotional well-being. And where you feel that the cumulative positives in your relationship are more than the cumulative negatives.

The Association - 'Never My Love' 'Lyrics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDDUWC6CU7g&list=RDhtc9S2PsNkg&index=5

The mature love stage is defined by trust, stability, and a lasting bond.

You Have Little to No Arguments - But if you do argue, your arguments are productive instead of destructive. There is more focus on resolving conflicts in a healthy way; since there is little or no build-up of resentment, a new conflict doesn’t open a ‘Pandora’s box’ of older issues … sucking you into a rapidly expanding whirlpool of accusations and blame-shifting, until you lose track of what the immediate conflict was about. In an emotionally mature relationship, arguments stay on topic: at the end of an argument, there is a feeling of the satisfaction of being heard and understood by the other partner.

You Trust Each Other Completely - You know your partner will never do anything to jeopardize your relationship. You both actively pursue and preserve relationship security, stability, and trust. Example: because we both have a strong morals streak running through us, we trust each other not to step out of marital bounds when we are taking a solo lobo self-care day to indulge individuality: we do not have shared friends - there are days we spend hours with friends; we do make it a point though, to visit opposite sex friends together; this is a safe-gap we agreed to early on in our relationship.

You Feel Good About Where You’re Heading - You & your spouse are moving forward together to build and preserve a safe place to be individuals in a unified relationship; your union is much more stable. You and your spouse are now thinking and responding in terms of “We” instead of “I”.

John Michael Montgomery - 'Hold On To Me' Lyrics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lMAIe1n2ps&list=RD9lMAIe1n2ps&start_radio=1

You Have No Regrets About The Spouse You Committed To - You may think this is a no-brainer when you marry … but the cold, hard, facts are that no one knows anyone until they actually commit 100% and move in with them; people shacking up never get to this stage - married people do.

It is a real eye-opener and a true test of commitment: here is where personal responsibility comes into play. You will see each other at their worst. You will be treated to behaviors, attitudes, and disillusionments that were not on 24-7-265 display while you were blissfully dating; or rebelliously & ignorantly playing house. Marriage is the true test of a loving, long-term relationship.

Part of taking personal responsibility involves letting the other person be. People come with baggage - in marriage you get to experience all that baggage with them; allow time for personal space self-care … it's okay for spouses to agreeably carve out some "me time" while sharing the same living space.

Communication Is Improving - All channels of communication open … even passionate disagreements & resolutions are respectfully worked out. Emotionally intelligent marriages really ‘know’ their partners. They have “dedicated cognitive room for their marriage.” They know what is important to them, what is happening in their lives currently, what are their major worries these days, and where they stand with regard to important issues and similar things.

Focus on daily relationship rituals: Small acts of appreciation and attunement move couples toward mature love.

People in mature relationships have spent so much time observing their significant other & conversing with each other, that they remember the major events in each other’s history, and they keep updating their information as the facts and feelings of their spouse’s world evolve.

A mature relationship, in other words, is a mature friendship, where your partner can fill in the empty spaces between what you say and what you don’t.

Remember, a happy and healthy relationship is nothing but a mature friendship, in which both partners are not only aware of each other’s shortcomings, but are also willing to adjust,  communicate, and compromise. In such relationships, a partner is ready to accept you for who you are and is open to resolving conflicts. Your future goals are more important than your individual egos. This is why a mature relationship lives longer. Making a marriage work isn’t rocket science when both partners are mature. Maturity in love creates a wholesome connection and a bond that enriches both you and your partner.

Earlier this afternoon, the rain let up - so, we drove into Coalinga to get a couple groceries 🛒 …

Climbing in and out of Betsy x8, mimicked a Glute Step-up workout.

… some bakery donuts 🍩; and bring home some authentic mexican food 🌮 My husband loves mexican food, and we've had a hard time finding authentic mexican food anywhere down south - where one would expect authentic food with such a huge mexican population! But, today - after 3 years on the road, traveling southern states - we got lucky.

We had noticed the little restaurant next to the donut bakery - but today, we stopped to sample what they had to offer; it was delicious 😁

On the way home, I noticed a heart shaped cloud above a wide-open field … and worked a few muscles, hauling groceries from Betsy to Independence (Holland wanted to do it, but I begged to do it - claiming "it's a mini workout" & I don't want to skip a workout day of I can help it") 👌

Tacos Y Mariscos Sergio Taqueria~Aunthentic Mexican Food.
Tacos Y Mariscos Sergio Taqueria; #320 E Elm Ave, Coalinga, CA
Heart-shaped cloud.
Lifting, hauling & shifting (from store shelving to cart) the two 40 ct. water bottle cases x3 (from cart to Betsy; from Betsy to house) was similar in action … Dumbbell Bar Grip Sumo Squat
Holland's giant burrito; stuffed with a good layer of cooked rice, refried beans, a hefty portion of chopped beef, a generous helping of shredded cheese & hot sauce - he had a hard time finishing it off, it was so HUGE.
My fragrant Street Tacos - YUM!!

After our take out supper, I did laundry; and worked a few more muscles 😉

Up & down the stairs x10 mimicked this exercise; Calf Stretch with stairs
Folding clothes was similar in action … Bodyweight Wrist Circles
Hanging clothes to dry employed this type of stretching; I'm short … I do actually stand on my toes & throw my arm upward to hang the hangers across the bar~Overhead Biceps Stretch
Hanging laundry; I like seeing those manly tees next to my feminine tops. Marriage is an blessed honor; and I am glad in mine.

LOVE~National Marriage Week #3-2026~Self-Care; Coalinga-CA

National Marriage Week 2026 will be observed from February 7 to 14. The theme for this year is "Man and Woman He Created Them: Together With Purpose."

Love.

The first marriage = Adam & Eve, may have occurred without love as we know it being a main component; and in many countries globally, arranged marriages still occur, with love being the least consideration - and in many other countries, people marry for convenience, and love doesn't necessarily mean much: however, in America, people stake their entire lives & fortunes on love's gamble 💘

I can honestly state (and Holland agrees), that our marriage was arranged 💞 long ago - and love this time 💖, for me, came slowly 🤔 & somewhat begrudgingly 😒

God Knew That I Needed You:

Our love story is unique, with many tosses and turns before coming into play and eventually happily entered into. Holland at 27 yo., was at a crossroads in his life & was given a vision 🥰 by God ☝️ of his future wife 💞 - the image was so clear, he said, that he held onto it & waited 34 years for it to come into being ⏳ We had never met each other before the Fall of 2021, but he tells me that in the Fall of 2018, he had another vision of me crying so hard 😭 he physically felt the pain 😔💯 of my anguish. While that sad vision played out, he tells me that he begged God for relief, saying, "How long Lord? She's in so much pain and there's nothing I can do to help her!" My husband Bob, was at that point in time, dying; I was heartbroken 💔 I cried alone, in the dark of the night, in an unfamiliar hospital where hope was quickly evaporating & my 44 year marriage to the love of my life was ending. I cried while Bob slept - I knew Elohim saw me and was comforting me, holding my heart tenderly and holding me so I didn't fall apart; I was unaware that unknown eyes 👀 full of love ❤️ were also watching and praying a healing over me 🙏🕊️

Before Bob's spirit left him in December of 2018, he held my hand and said to me, "I want you to marry again Val; you have a lot of love to give. You need to be loved. Get married again." I did not want to hear that! I had been very happy with Bob; I could not imagine life with anyone else. I did not entertain thoughts of remarriage - after Bob's passing, men in general were the last thing on my mind. From January of 2019 to November of 2022, men were not even a passing blip on my solo lobo radar. For 4 years I had been adjusting 🚧 my life to an unwanted status 😟, refocusing life goals 🙄, revisiting old road trip haunts ⛽️🚗, rethinking 🤔 and seriously considering the road gypsy life 🗺️ that had been put on hold when I married Bob decades ago - and revising, rebuilding, reshaping, and learning to enjoy my new life as a solo lobo. I wasn't aware of Elohim's workings behind the scenes of my daily life. I wasn't aware that Holland was patiently waiting 😇 for my awareness. So, when I finally did find my way to the hilltop where he was waiting 🏔️😎 ... I was still unaware & totally caught by surprise 😳 when the scales fell off my eyes during an October revival 😍 We had been friends for 18 months 🤝 Holland had recognized me straight off 🥰 (as soon as I walked across the fellowship threshold), but kept silent because I was always mingling with a small group of gathered friends & I talked about Bob. A lot. He did, on occasion, make obvious overtures 🤞 (filling my coffee mug when it needed filling, making sure I had something to eat, asking me how I was doing, ect.) … but I always maintained a friendly distance. I wasn't interested in a romantic interlude; I'm not a game player. And remarriage wasn't a consideration - even though Holland had been waiting & Bob had made clear his thoughts on the matter. It didn't cross my thoughts until it crossed my thoughts; suddenly & unexpectently. But I still took time to warm up to it 🦋: it took time to let go of the memory of Bob's love.

I was so caught up in grieving and missing the love that had vanished from my life 😢 … that I almost missed out on the generous love being gifted me 💝

John Michael Montgomery - 'I Can Love You Like That' song:  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZxuHCicPNs&list=RDBOuysItlfL4&index=12)

Holland had waited patiently. He didn't press me. He didn't crowd me 🤠 He kept things friendly. He didn't say a single word about any deeper feelings - until he texted me in November, and made clear his feelings & intention 📱 Things moved pretty quickly after that ➡️ the text was made before Thanksgiving, and we married as the New Year began 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 We had been friends for 18 months before we tested the waters of couplehood, and waded deeper into the depths of marriage. There was a brief break in-between, but that was my doing: I was still dealing with trigger issue fallout 🤦🏻‍♀️, and still hung up on memories 🧠 I was unwilling to shed. But there was no doubt in Holland's thoughts about how things would be. And it didn't take long for my thoughts to catch up with his 😘

My February 22, 2023 Post~MY SWAN-MAN: https://jeastofeden.blogspot.com/2023/02/my-swan-man.html

We both had lots of love left to give - and Elohim was providing the vessels to pour the love into 🎁💖

I am still blown away by the vision Holland never gave up on.

Holland still chuckles when I call him my swan man.

You may be thinking to yourself that all this sounds pretty far-fetched 🧐🤔 - but it's all truth: there were witnesses to the decades-old vision & there were witnesses to the unfolding of our life story to date 🙏⛪️☝️✝️💞

We can both truthfully say - and stand by - "it's a God-thing." Our marriage couldn't have happened any other way. And as we've enjoyed the contented fun side 🤩 of this new life 🦋👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨, we've also hung on for dear life 🤦🏻‍♀️ and rode out the choppy waves 😤🌊🤬 of this union. Over the course of 37 months, we've tested every level of love there is to experience: some good, some not so good = all lessons in love that builds a strong and lasting covenant marriage 📝💞

As we walk into 2026 📅, we are both thankful 🙏 that Elohim brought us together & grateful 👏 that despite ourselves 🤷‍♀️😵‍💫, He keeps us together 🩹 He never promised us a rose garden ✌️; He just promised we'd never be alone in our own private portion of the garden of life.

"Covenant Marriage" to me, means a Biblical Marriage ☝️ ✝️📖; not a State Contract Marriage, or a Church Contract Marriage. Covenant Marriage, by Biblical Standards is all that interests me 🎯 = Elohim's Laws, which aren't as strict as they seem, to some - and should not be restrictive or argumentative for people claiming to be Christians. Christianity by it's very nature is a walk of a life based on the example of Yeshua Ha'Mashiach (Jesus, the Messiah = Son of God, Prince of Peace, Savior-Redeemer-Deliverer). Yeshua perfectly exampled how easy it is to obey and do the Will of Elohim (Father God): if we claim His Name, we need to do His walk. If we are honoring Elohim … we will honor Him in all aspects of the Life He blesses us with 😇

Marriage serves as a spiritual discipline that will (ofttimes against their will) help individuals confront their weaknesses and grow spiritually. Through the challenges 🔥 and joys of married life 🕊️, couples can learn to love God and each other more deeply.

Fat & sassy us, in Kingman-AZ last March; Holland has agreed to an updated "couples picture" this year (we only have 2): this is a major concession for him - and I appreciate the willingness 😘

There are 8 recognizable levels of love 💗; and they all play a part in our life at some point 👊

Philia = this is an affectionate love between close friends; a love without romantic attraction.

Pragma = this is an enduring love.

Storge = this is a familiar love. This type of love is a relationship that graduated from friendship to a sexual relationship. This is a ((surprise!)) love relationship because the people involved ofttimes cannot comprehend the moment they realized their friendship had morphed into an Eros love situation – it is a gradual transition.

Eros = this is a committed romantic love; with sex definitely figured into the game plan. Eros generally leads to a traditional marriage scenario with procreation plans.

Ludus = is an uncommitted love; flirtatious, and in many instances deceptive. People who engage in this type of love will have many love engagements, but always remain foot-loose and fancy-free: uncommitted.

Mania = this is an obsessive type of love; it leads to unwanted attentions, jealousies, or unhealthy possessiveness.

Philautia = in its healthy sense, self-love is a generalized love for oneself to build confidence: to be comfortable in one’s own skin; an easy, comfortable love that flows between family members and friends – a desire to share enjoyment of time and activity. The unhealthy flip-side leads to narcissism, which is destructive to one’s self … as well to the populace, in general.

Agape = this is unconditional love; a love that transcends all other love. It is totally selfless in every regard. This type of love is a love of choice in action – it does not involve emotions of familiarity. Agape love requires faithfulness, commitment, and the sacrifice of self – without expecting anything in return.

Anyone who has been married for a considerable length of time will honestly tell you that love surges 🥰, wanes 🤨, & surges 😘 again: many times 🙄 throughout the duration of their union 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Spending time together intentionally 💝, becomes essential to sustaining married life. One simple, effective way, couples can nurture this intentionality is through regular "date nights." Holland has been good about making sure there are Date times in our relationship - the first thing he said after bringing marriage into the conversation was, "and we'll make time for date time once a week"and that has held steady, no matter where we are, what's going on with us, or how steady the waves of Life are: Date Time never wavered. He considered me 💓: even when he was frustrated, or angry with me.

Today, we're just laying low & lollygagging the hours away in Independence's domesticated cocoon. It's a little chill here, in Coalinga. Rain is in the forecast - and it feels like it may arrive sooner than projected.

Laying low included a weigh lifting workout 🏋️‍♀️ I love workouts and include them 👌 in my daily routines every chance I get & when my heart (arrhythmia) and lungs (environmental asthma) cooperate - even a 10-minute daily session can lift energy, mood, and confidence. The key is consistency, not intensity. I like the Darebee workouts because they are effective and offer variety. KNOW YOUR BODY - know persistent or serious underlying skeletal medical restrictions. I have given safe rep counts for healthy seniors below, underneath the original workout read out.

The upper body takes a lot of work: the Darebee Home Upperbody Tone workout provides you with a dumbbell workout that will engage all the major muscle groups and help your body get stronger, look more toned and feel better. Simple exercises using light weights can help improve bone density. Starting too heavy is the fastest way to get discouraged - or worse, injured. Light weights, and slow steady reps, wins over fast, sloppy, choppy moves - which will result in damage. Done wisely and safely, dumbbell exercises can maintain strength, mobility, and bone health well into your golden years.

For a 69-year-old woman, it is generally safe to perform Alternating Bicep Curls with weights between 1-lb & 5-lb weight. This range allows for a manageable weight that can still provide effective strength training without overexertion; this exercise works the muscles in your upper arms that help bend your elbows, which you need to lift a grocery bag or pull a door open. If you don’t have weights, you can simply use household items like soup cans or water bottles. It is recommended to start with lighter weights and gradually increase as strength improves. Always prioritize safety; if there is excessive pain, stop.

The safety of performing Dumbbell Upright Rows for a 69-year-old woman depends on several factors, including her overall health, the weight used, and the form of the exercise: while dumbbell upright rows can be beneficial for muscle development and overall fitness, they should be approached with caution. Keep your elbows at or slightly below shoulder height throughout the exercise. If you medical history includes shoulder issues, or arthritis, avoid upright rows.

The Dumbbell Alternate Shoulder Press is a safe and effective exercise for a 69-year-old woman to perform. It primarily targets the shoulders and triceps while also engaging the core for stability. The exercise mimics real-life overhead movements, such as lifting groceries or placing objects on shelves, and transfers strength to sports and daily life. It is important to perform the exercise with proper form to avoid strain on the shoulders, neck, and elbow joints. To ensure safety, use weights between 1-lb & 5-lb weight to avoid muscle strain or injury.

For a 69-year-old woman, Dumbbell Side Bends may not be safe due to the potential risks associated with improper form and the use of excessive weight. If you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis,  osteoarthritis of the spine, herniated discs, or spinal stenosis, this stretch can be unhealthy for your spine and put it at risk of a vertebral compression fracture.

For a 69-year-old woman, in general good condition, it is recommended to start with 2-5 lb. dumbbells and focus on slow, controlled movements. The number of repetitions can vary based on individual strength and fitness level. However, it is crucial to listen to your body and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Consistency and proper form are key to safely increasing the number of repetitions over time.

Dumbbell Core Twists are generally safe for a 69-year-old woman to perform, provided she is in good physical condition and has a stable core. However, it is crucial to perform these exercises with proper form and control to avoid injury. Start with 2-5 lb. dumbbells and focus on slow, controlled movements.

Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions are generally safe for a 69-year-old woman to do. These exercises are beneficial for building triceps strength, which is important for seniors to maintain hand dexterity and perform daily activities. However, it is crucial to perform the exercise with proper form to avoid injury. Begin with 2-5 pound weights. Listen to your body: if you experience pain or discomfort, stop immediately.

Curls~8-12 reps x2; Rows~8-12 reps x2; Press~6-10 reps x2; Bends~6-10 reps x2; Twists~6-10 reps x2; Extensions~8-12 reps x2

Lollygagging involved a siesta session & a novel indulgence …

My Gift is recharging 😉
Clive time 👌
