BCT's~Bacon, Cabbage & Tomato Sandwich

I was working on an Angel Baby Blanket - and Holland was watching T.V …

… around Suppertime, we were hungering for some BLT's, but did not have lettuce; all we had was cabbage.

And so, a new sandwich was born :-)

Sandwich add-on's; cheddar, avocado, tomatoes -  YUMMY!

The house smelled so good our mouths were salivating; and by the time the bacon was crisped, the cabbage was softened, and the sandwiches were put together: we fell on them like hungry wolves. LOL

I had quickly consumed one of mine, before I thought to get a picture of it to share ;-)

It was SO GOOD: definitely a repeat.

BCT on Garlic Bread: DELISH.

Feeling fat and sassy, we cleaned the kitchen up; and finished doing what we were doing before our stomachs ruled ;-)
